Banana bread, in a cup. The BB Latte is our late summer into early autumn specialty: Blue Magic cold drip, house-made banana syrup, yellow banana cold foam, raw cacao powder, and crumbs off the actual paleo banana bread we bake for the shop.
TEMECULA, CALIF. Gaffle has a banana bread drink now. The BB Latte is the shop's late summer into early autumn specialty latte, built on Blue Magic cold drip and finished with crumbs broken off the paleo banana bread already sitting in the pastry case.
The BB Latte starts where every Gaffle starts, with slow cold drip. Blue Magic goes in as the base, medium roast, milk chocolate and orange and vanilla. House-made banana syrup goes in next. A yellow banana cold foam sits on top, dusted with raw cacao powder and finished with crumbs off the real paleo loaf. No refined sugars. No artificial dyes. It reads like dessert and drinks light.

Gafflerina Alexandra is our Gaffle Girl of the month, and she shot the drink. A Gafflerina keeps a schedule most people would not survive. Alexandra is a professional ballerina, which means class in the morning, rehearsal through the afternoon, performance at night, and a body that has to hold up to every hour of it, six days a week.
That is the life Gaffle is built for. No refined sugar, no artificial dyes, real carbohydrates off the banana bread, and caffeine that comes from slow cold drip rather than anything synthetic.
