The founders, coffee connoisseurs and world travelers, have wandered the globe tasting every brew they could find: from buzzing modern shops shaping coffee culture in Tokyo, to late-night cafés in Jeddah, to volcanic-high ridges in Colima where coffee farms weave stories into every bean. In every city and countryside, one ritual remained universal: the connection forged over a truly great cup of coffee. That inspiration became Gaffle.
At our core, we celebrate the flavors, rituals, and connections discovered in coffee shops across the globe, uplifting them through a refined craft: cold coffee served at its very best. Gaffle is proud to be the first dedicated cold coffee concept — a brand committed exclusively to cold-extracted coffee, where every cup is an invitation to slow down, savor, and journey in taste.
A craft,

As a family-owned business, health and authenticity matter deeply to us. In our own search for a better daily ritual, we began looking for an alternative to traditional acidic coffee that didn't leave our digestion upset or heavy. That search led us to cold drip — a slower, more intentional extraction method that produces a naturally lower-acidity cup with a clean, balanced energy.
Cold drip coffee is a craft. Unlike traditional cold brew, cold drip uses a slow, deliberate extraction process that creates a remarkably clean, smooth cup with lower acidity and rich complexity. It's a method that mirrors the care and patience we've learned from coffee practices around the world — precise, artistic, and reverent.
Science is catching up to what coffee lovers have long felt: moderate coffee consumption has benefits for health. A recent long-term study showed that drinking 2–3 cups of caffeinated coffee a day is associated with a lower risk of dementia and better cognitive function later in life.

Our passion for coffee doesn't end in the cup. Used for centuries across traditional cultures to nourish and heal the skin, grass-fed tallow is bioavailable, rich in fat-soluble vitamins, and remarkably compatible with our skin's natural composition. Ancient communities understood what modern skincare is rediscovering: that simple, whole ingredients can be profoundly effective.
