The Ritual Defined. Mix one part Classic with one part Decaf for a perfectly balanced half caff, all the complexity, half the caffeine. Adjust the ratio to match your day: more Classic when you need the push, more Decaf when you want to wind down without giving up the cup. Two concentrates, endless combinations, one intentional ritual.
Grind, brew, enjoy — your way. Our beans are versatile enough for any brew method. For cold drip or cold brew, go with a coarse grind. For a stovetop moka pot or french press, medium-coarse. For espresso, go fine. We recommend grinding fresh right before brewing for the best flavor. For the cold drip concentrates: Mix 1 part Gaffle Cold Drip Concentrate with 2–4 parts water, milk, or your preferred dairy alternative. Adjust the ratio to your preferred strength. Serve over ice. No brewing required.

The Half Caff Bundle pairs our Classic Cold Drip Concentrate with our Decaf Cold Drip Liquid Coffee Concentrate so you can blend your own perfect level of caffeine. More kick in the morning, less in the afternoon. The ratio is always yours to control.
2 full-size concentrates: Classic Cold Drip Concentrate (16oz or 32oz) and Decaf Cold Drip Concentrate (16oz or 32oz). Both ship together and are ready to use immediately.
Combine equal parts Classic and Decaf liquid coffee concentrate, then mix with water, milk, or your preferred alternative (1:2–4 ratio). Adjust the Classic-to-Decaf ratio to control caffeine level. Serve over ice. Prefer less caffeine? Lean heavier on the Decaf. Want more of a kick? Let the Classic lead.
Our liquid coffee concentrate can last up to a month if left unopened. Once opened, make sure to refrigerate and use within 14 days. No preservatives — just coffee and water.
