Dubai Koffee
Get in on a sweet global phenom with our indulgent Dubai Koffee. Gaffle's take on the viral Dubai chocolate flavor profile pairs your favorite signature low-acidity cold drip coffee concentrate with all-natural, house-made pistachio syrup. We blend this base with the milk of your choice and layer it with rich delectable Dubai Cold Foam dusted with cacao and cardamom. Gaffle exchanged the typical cold brew recipe for a centuries-old Japanese brewing technique to bring you the smoothest coffee possible. As cold water slowly makes its way through premium coffee grounds, gravity pulls the rich, full bodied flavors of the plant into the brew and leaves the acidity behind. The finished concentrate is clean, complex, and intense, with a high-caffeine content and delicate aroma.
Of course, you can also customize your beverage with our lower caffeine and specialty coffee options. For a bit of extra flavor, try our Blue Magic coffee varietal with notes like chocolate, orange zest, and caramel, the same base that carries the BB Latte.
